摘要
目的观察荔枝草的抗炎作用。方法通过二甲苯导致小鼠耳肿胀实验、角叉菜胶致小鼠足趾肿胀实验、抗棉球肉芽肿实验及对小鼠毛细血管通透性的影响观察荔枝草的抗炎作用。结果荔枝草能减轻二甲苯所致的耳廓肿胀;能减轻角叉菜胶致小鼠足趾肿胀;减轻小鼠包埋棉球所致的慢性肉芽肿;降低小鼠毛细血管通透性。结论荔枝草具有抗炎作用。
Objective To investigate the anti - inflammatory effects of Herba Salviae Plebeiae. Methods To observe Herba Salviae Plebeiae＇s anti -inflammatory effect through the models of auricular edema induced by dimethyl benzene, paw edema induced by carrageenin , cotton ball granuloma and permeability of celiac blood capillary of mice. Results Herba Salviae Plebeiae had good preventive action to auricular edema induced by dimethyl benzene, paw edema induced by carrageenin , cotton ball granuloma and exudation of celiac blood capillaries of mice . Conclusion Herba Salviae Plebeiae has anti - inflammatory effects.
