摘要
在介绍企业战略过程相关概念的基础上,从战略逻辑的演进出发,探讨了从适应性向创造性战略逻辑的演进规律,进而在此框架下分析了动态环境下企业战略过程的创造性和复杂性特征,指出企业的战略过程是一个复杂系统,基于复杂性科学的战略过程理论研究是战略过程研究的趋势和难点。
This paper firstly introduces correlative concept of corporate strategic process and research significance, and embarked from the strategic logic evolution, and has discussed the evolution rule of strategic logic from the compatibility to the creativity, then has analyzed creativity and complexity characteristics of corporate strategic process under this frame. Lastly, it points out that corporate strategic process is a complex system, and strategic process theory research based on the complexity science is the tendency and difficulty of strategic process research.
