通过在1300℃时不同渣系组成的条件下,磷在含MgO、AlO_(1·5)的CaO—CaF_2—SiO_2渣系和碳饱和铁水间平衡分配的实验,研究了MgO、AlO_(1·5)对该渣系脱磷能力的影响。得到的结果是:并导出了多元渣系中磷酸盐容量和组成之间的依赖关系: lgCp=23.20+0.70B+f(r) (B=1.4~2.5)
The influence of MgO and AlO_(1.5) on the dephosphorizing capability of CaO-CaF_2-SiO_2 reference slags has been studied. This was carried out through determination of the distribution of phosphorus between slag and carbon-saturated iron at 1300℃ at different slag compositions. The following relations were obtained: The following relationship has been obtained for the phosphate capacity of complex slags at 1300℃: logCp=23.20+0.70.B+f(r) (B=1.4~2.5)
