摘要
结合某大型企业集团在库存控制过程中存在的问题 ,利用定量订货模型和定期订货模型对该大型企业集团的库存进行技术经济分析 ,以寻求降低库存成本 。
With the problems of some large enterprise group in the inven- tory control,use the models of quantitative and regular order to analyze the in- ventory of the group in technique and economy,so as to find the effective mea- sures to reduce inventory cost and increase economic benefit.
