煤粉的高浓度气力输送的试验研究之一

摘要 本文概述了煤粉在水平管道内的某些输送规律,研究了影响煤粉输送的几个主要参数—料仓顶压及流量孔板直径。煤粉流量与顶压及孔板直径成抛物线关系。单位管长的压降与煤粉浓度成正比关系。煤粉被气力输送时,其流量与输送风量几乎没有关系。 This paper represents some principles of pneumatic transport of the pulverized coal in the horizontal pipe. The main factors affecting the transport of the pulverized coal have been studied, including the top pressure and aperture of orifice-plate flow meter. The rating curve between the flux of the pulverized coal and the tob pressure and aperture of orifice-plate flow meter is a parabolic one. The relation of the pulverized coal flux and pressure drop is the direct propotion. The palverized coal flux will not be affected by the change of the air flux in the pneumatic transport.
