白内障患者的生活质量研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 白内障为世界上主要致盲眼病，据报道Ⅲ其占致盲总数的41％。随着人口老龄化和高龄化速度的加快，形势将更加严峻。由于严重的视功能损害，患者的生活自理能力日益下降，生活质量（quality of life，QOL）明显降低。世界卫生组织将QOL定义为：不同文化和价值体系中的个体对与他们的目标、期望、标准以及所关心事情有关的生存状况体验，同时强调对自身价值和自我实现的认知以及对社会的责任和义务。本文就白内障患者的QOL研究进展综述如下，以期得到护理同行的关注。
