摘要
战略薪酬管理是现代医院管理的重要命题,薪酬体系的设计不仅是一项技术工作,也是一种战略思考。要使薪酬体系持久地促进医院往战略目标方向发展,就必须从医院战略层面上思考薪酬分配与战略目标的内在关系,从整体薪酬分配框架来考虑薪酬分配制度的独特作用和相互关系,再从技术层面上来设计各项分配制度,使薪酬制度能够有效运用。文章总结了我院战略薪酬体系设计的实践与探索,以期为今后进一步完善我国薪酬管理体系提供参考。
Strategic administration. The design of compensation management is an important topic of modern hospital the compensation system is not only a technical work, but also a kind of strategic thinking. In order to promote a sustained development of the hospital to achieve its strategic objectives, we must consider strategically the intrinsic relationship between the salary distribution and strategic objectives of the hospital, and the unique role and the inter-relationship of the salary distribution system based on the overall allocation framework, and then design the distribution system from the technical aspects to ensure an effective practice of the compensation system. This article aims to summarize the experience of the authors in the practice and exploration of designing the strategic compensation system in order to provide some useful information for further improving the hospital compensation management system in China.
