摘要
本文介绍了采用自制电弧蒸发装置与ICP光源相接合,直接分析固体粉末样品的新方法。为了进一步提高分析的灵敏度与准确度,本方法应用了氯化物发生技术。通过对Sn、Pb、Nb、Zr四个选定元素的分析测试,考查了方法的可行性,四个元素的分析灵敏度为ppm级,十次测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)<8%。该方法装置简单、灵敏度高,预计可测试30余种元素。
A new method of are vaporization ICP-AES was described and the optimization of AVICP-AES operating conditions was studied by univariate searches of plasma power, vaporization current, vaporization time, and argon carrier flow rate. In order to improve further the sensitivity of determination and eliminate further the matrix effect a chloride generation-AES was used and Nb, Pb, Sn and Zr were determined by this method with a home-made apparatus.The sensitivities of Nb, Pb, Sn and Zr are 0.5ppm, 0.3ppm, 0.3ppm and 0.5ppm and the relative standard deviations are 4.2%, 4%, 7.8%, and 6.6% respectivety.
