摘要
据许多学者考证,署名陈士铎述的《辨证录》实为明清之际医家傅山的医学遗著,其辨证精细,见解独特。书中对心肾不交一证颇多论述,其中从肝立论治疗心肾不交,很有创见,颇能启迪后学。结合《辨证录》,对从肝论治心肾不交略作探讨,以说明调肝法在治疗心肾不交中的重要作用。
According to lots of scholars ‘researches in many ways, ＇ Collecting Record of Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs＇ , signed with the name of CHEN Shi-duo but being a medical posthumous work written by FU Shan in fact, had refined symptoms differentiation and unique consideration. There were many discussions about carduonephric disharmony in this book. Among them the argument treating carduonephric disharmony with liver-based therapy theory＇ was full of originality, and could open and enlighten the thinking of later doctors＇. This article expounded treating carduonephric disharmony with liver-based therapy theory’ by Collecting Record of Differentiation of Symptoms and Signs, so as to deduce the important contribution of adjusting liver theory to treating carduonephric disharmony.
