摘要
价值链的治理问题是全球价值链理论研究的主要内容之一。本文通过分析全球价值链治理的决定因素进而分析了不同价值链治理模式间的转换和演进,特别对模块型治理模式内不同价值环节模块间的关系进行了详细剖析。并且本文认为嵌入模块型治理模式的全球价值链,既是发展中国家企业进行产业升级的基本途径,又是升级结果的体现。
The governance of the global value chain is one of the main contents of global value chain theory. This paper analyzes the conversion and variance among the different governance patterns and the relation of the different modules in the modular value chains. The paper thinks that embedding the modular value chains is the basic approach of developing country enterprise upgrading, hut also the result of upgrading.
