摘要
目的探讨循证护理实践在压疮防护中的作用。方法2004年2月-2006年2月100例晚期肿瘤患者随机分为2组,实验组和对照组各50例,实验组实行循证护理,对照组实行一般压疮护理。结果实验组压疮及难免压疮发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理可使护理研究和护理实践紧密结合,运用最新、最好的科学证据,对病人实施最佳的护理,提高护理服务质量。
Objective： To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing practice on the prevention and treatment of pressure sore. Methods ： From June, 2004 to February 2006, 100 cases late stage cancer patients were divided into the experiment and control groups at random. Each had 50 cases respectively. Evidence-based nursing was practiced in the experiment group while the conventional pressure sore nursing was practiced in the control group. Results： The incidence of pressure sore in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the contol group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Evidence-based nursing can enhance the combination between nursing research and nursing practice, in which the Latest and best scientific evidences are used, best nursing on patients is practised and nursing service is improved.
