摘要
我们以在高定向裂解石墨表面获得的纳米结构为例,对利用电子束方法和加热氧化方法制备的纳米结构的特征进行了对比分析,并结合材料的输运性质探讨纳米结构的加工机制。
Abstract We have discussed the characteristics of nanostructures on the surface of highly oriented pyrolytic graphite using electron beams and heating method respectively.The results suggest that the fabrication involving field emitted electrons could be associated with the diffusion of electrons at the vicinity of the injection position.It is also demontrated that oxidation at elevated temperatures could generate surface features at nanometer scale.
