摘要
中介相碳小球(MCMB)的碳化和石墨化产物可以作为锂离子电池的电极材料,其产物结构直接影响电极性能。本文主要利用原子力显微镜(AFM),同时配合透射电镜(TEM)以及密度测定研究了MCMB及其不同温度下的碳化和石黑化产物0.5μm以下颗粒的大小、形貌、结构的变化。结果表明:2800℃的碳化产物,颗粒体积最小,密度最大。
Atomic force microscope (AFM) was applied to characterize the grain size,topographical features of mesocarbon microbeads (MCMBs) and its calcined products,M 10 and M 28.The results were obtained by heat treatment at 1000℃ and 2800℃ respectively,and compared with those of transmission electron microscope (TEM).The AFM and TEM images revealed that the mean sizes of these grains decreased with heat treatment temperature (HTT),the density measurements demonstrated that density increased with the increase of HTT.
