摘要
在0.01mol/L硼砂—0.01mol/L氢氧化钠和0.03%的甲醛介质中,卡那霉素在单扫描极谱仪上能产生灵敏的还原波,峰电位为-1.30V(对SCE)。卡那霉素浓度在2.0×10^(-7)—3.0×10^(-5)mol/L范围内与波高成线性。方法应用于药物中卡那霉素的测定,结果较好,平均回收率为98.0%,方法简便快速。本文研究了极谱波的行为和电极反应机理,测定了电极反应电子转移数和H+个数。
Single sweep polarography has been used to study the reduction of kanamycin. A sensitive derivative cathodic polarographic wave appears in a medium of 0.01mol/L borate 0.01 mol/L sodium hydroxide and 0.03% formadehyde. The peak potential is -1.3V (vs SCE). It can be used for the determination of kanamycin over a range of 2.0×10^(-7) mol/L to 3.0×10^(-5)mol/L. The detection limit is 1.98×10^(-7)mol/L. Satisfactory results have been obtained in the determination of trace kanamycin in drugs. The recovery of pure kanamycin is 98.0%. Polarographic measurements are performed rapidly and conveniently. The interference of drugs and ions, the behaviour of polarographic wave and the mechanism of electrode reactions have been investigated. The number of electron-transfer and reactive H^+ in the reaction have also been determined.
