摘要
本文设计了含有各种压缩算法，各种速率的语音编码系统，尤其对低码率系统进行了研究，使低码率压缩系统之合成语音具有较高的质量。整个系统还包括了适合宽带通信采用ＡＴＭ交换所要求的分层编码系统和采用ＳＡＤ（静音检测）技术构成的变比特率编码系统。
:A new speech code system which contains various algorithms and works at many different bit rates has been designed in this paper.Synthesized speech qualities have been improved by using LPC intra frame interpolator at low bit rates.Layered encoder and system with variable bit rates by using SAD technique have also been involved to fit the needs of ATM networks in the future.
