摘要
针对丙烯腈装置急冷塔pH值控制系统中的调节阀易被介质腐蚀、控制质量偏低,利用变频技术对其pH值控制系统进行改进。改进后该系统能很快调至设定位置并保持平稳,保证了装置平稳运行。
The adjusting valve of pH value control system of acrylonitrile quench column is liable to media erosion and the control quality is relatively low. Aimed at this problem, frequency conversion technique was used to modify the pH value control system. After the modification, the system can quickly adjust and set pH value into position and keep it stable, to ensure stable operation of the plant.
