摘要
为了确定多层药型罩各层金属在射流和杵体中的分布,建立了分析模型,研究包含不同物质的多层药型罩在轴线上形成杵体和射流的过程.模型假设在闭合点处各层金属入流速度相等,压垮角相同.利用Bernoulli方程、质量守恒和动量守恒原理,确定了出流的成分和出流的厚度.研究表明压垮角是决定某一层金属能否成为射流或者杵体的重要因素之一,给出了每一层金属可能被分开的压垮角范围.分析模型与数值仿真结果吻合较好.
An analytical model was developed to study the formation of jet and slug coming from the collapse of shaped charge consisting of multiple layers which is axial symmetry. At the formation point, the incoming speeds of each stream and the collapse angles were assumed to be equal. By the use 'of Bernoulli equation, mass and momentum conversation, the radius of outgoing streams and the composition of the outgoing streams were determined. The result shows that the collapse angle determines whether a layer will come into jet or not, and the collapse angle range for a particular layer which will he divided was presented. The analytical model coincides with numerical simulation results.
