摘要 提出了利用PVDF压电薄膜测量火炮发射过程中火药颗粒对弹底撞击应力方案,论述了该方案的可行性.设计并试制了测量火药颗粒对弹底撞击应力的弹载传感器,阐述了传感器结构设计、制作工艺.利用压电加速度复合传感器对测试系统集成,在模拟试验装置上进行实弹发射试验,获得的实验数据验证了测试方案的有效性,该测试方法可通过射击试验获得膛内异常现象的定量数据,为装药结构的设计改进提供依据. Solution was proposed in which PVDF piezoelectric film was used to detect the percussion force of powder grains to projectile base in launching environment, and the feasibility was discussed. Missile-borne sensor was designed and experimental produced to measure the percussion force of powder grains to projectile base. The structure design and execution technics of the sensor were described. Measurement system was constructed by piezoelectric complex acceleration sensor. The project launching experiment was carried out on the test device, and the data acquired proves the validity of measurement project. By the test method, the quantitative data of obnormal conditions in bore can be obtained with experiment, and the method offers foundation for design improvement of charge structure.
