摘要
从试样的工艺矿物学研究出发,在查明试样矿物组成、结构构造、赋存状态和嵌镶关系的基础上,进行了大量的条件试验。以确定最佳的工艺流程和工艺参数,并开展了全流程闭路试验,取得了良好的选别指标.其中铅精矿铅品位62.38%、回收率为88.42%,锌精矿锌品位为56.23%、回收率为90.88%,硫精矿硫品位为39.98%、回收率为70.86%。为合理利用国家矿产资源,提供了详实的依据。
Beginning from the study of technological mineralogy of the ore, a great deal of flotation condition experiments have been done on the basis of the chemical Composition, the mineral composition, the occurrence and the embedment characteristics of the ore. According to the experimental results, the optimum technological parameters and processes have been chosen and the close circuit flotation tests have been carried out, which have a wonderful separation indices: the grade of lead, zinc and sulphur reached 62.38%, 5623% and 39.98%, respectively, and the recovery of lead, zinc and sulphur reached 88.42%, 90.88% and 70.86%, respectively. It was beneficial to utilize fully the limited mineral resources of the state and offer credible considerations for designing.
