摘要
介绍了江山市水电资源建设项目开发权转让的具体做法和效果,即采用公开竞拍的方式,实行开发权有偿转让,吸引开发商建造水电站的模式。对开发权转让的有关政策及措施进行了分析,并提出相关建议。
The hydropower resources of Jiangshan City is rich,however,its social economy is relatively backward.With regard to such situation,Jiangshan City has accelerated to develop hydropower resources by means of public bidding and compensation transfer of exploitation right so as to attract outside developers to construct hydropower stations.Based on the above introduction,relevant policies and measures concerning the transfer of exploitation right were analyzed,and some suggestions were proposed.
