摘要
为了研究位山引黄灌区实施续建配套与节水改造工程后取得的综合经济效益,采用实测资料分析与理论探讨相结合的方法,在总结位山引黄灌区续建配套与节水改造工程实践情况的基础上,对位山引黄灌区续建配套与节水改造工程综合效益进行了分析评价。结果表明:位山引黄灌区节水改造工程节水效益明显,减沙效益巨大,促进了农业生产,改善了生态环境,带动了科技进步,推动了城市化建设。
In order to study the comprehensive benefits of water-saving reconstruction of Weishan Irrigation District,method of analyzing measured data and theoretical discussion was employed.Based on the practices of water-saving reconstruction of Weishan Irrigation District,the corresponding comprehensive benefits were evaluated.The results show that the benefits of water-saving reconstruction of Weishan Irrigation District are obvious,the sediment reducing benefits are great,the agricultural production is promoted,the ecological environment is improved,the technological advancement is facilitated,and the construction of urbanization is strengthened.
