摘要
中枢神经系统血管母细胞瘤（hemangioblastoma，HB）是血供丰富的良性肿瘤，随着影像学及显微神经外科的发展，HB的诊断和治疗得到了很大的提高，但是实性的肿瘤及位于脑干的肿瘤由于血供丰富、部位关键，治疗仍较棘手。我科自1997年1月至2007年1月收治77例HB患者，其中75例经手术治疗，现报告如下。
