细胞性心肌成形术中的种子细胞 被引量:1

摘要 心肌细胞的增殖能力很低,细胞移植作为改善心肌结构及功能的新方法已倍受关注。细胞性心肌成形术,是将包括自体心肌细胞在内的不同类型细胞移植到宿主心肌组织中改善其结构、功能。目前用于心肌移植的种子细胞有胚胎心肌细胞、造血干细胞、骨髓间充质干细胞、骨骼肌成肌细胞、内皮干细胞、肝干细胞和神经干细胞等。文章综述了细胞性心肌成形术的种子细胞种类、疗效、优缺点及存在的问题。 Because cardiomyocytes have extremely low capacity to cell proliferation, cell transplantation has recently attracted much attention as a new method to improve the damaged heart function and structure. Cellular cardiomyoplasty refers to the implantation of different kinds of cells besides autologous cardiomyocytes into the myocardium to reinforce its structure and function. Presently, fetal and neonatal cardiomyocytes, hematopoietic stem cells, bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, skeletal myoblasts, endothelial stem cells, hepatic stem cells and neural stem cells have been used to repair the damaged heart in animal experiment. This article overviews type, outcome, advantage, disadvantage, and problems of seed cells used for cellular cardiomyoplasty.
