摘要
目的探讨吻合长段撕脱性离断血管进行断肢再植的临床疗效。方法对12例伴组织严重损伤的断肢实施再植手术,术中对撕脱性离断血管均进行吻合,其中直接行断端直接吻合12条血管,移植血管吻合22条。结果再植断肢全部成活,其中1例因足背动脉发生自发破裂出血结扎,再植肢体无缺血表现。8例因皮肤坏死二期行皮瓣移植修复,2例因骨缺损行游离植骨。按赵书强手功能评定标准:优2例,良9例,差1例。结论吻合撕脱离断的血管采用灵活的手术方案进行断肢再植是切实可行的。
Objective To study the effect of long avulsed vessel used in the replantation of amputated limbs. Methods 12 cases of amputated limbs underwent replantation. The avulsed vessels were end-to-end anastomosed in 12 cases, and 22 were performed vessel transplantation. Results All limbs survived. 1 got spontaneous hemorrhage of dorsal foot artery and was treated with ligation, which got no ischemic sign of foot. 8 got skin necrosis and treated with flaps transplantation. 2 got bone defects and repaired with bone graft. According to ZHAO Shu-qiang＇s hand function evaluation standard, the results were excellent in 2 cases, good in 9, and poor in 1. Conclusions It is feasible to used long avulsed vessel in the reolantation of amoutated limbs.
