CD8+T淋巴细胞在抗结核分枝杆菌感染中的作用

摘要 结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)感染病死率高,尤其随着HIV/AIDS的流行及多重耐药MTB的传播,更使结核病在全球流行,难以消灭。虽然已普遍接种卡介苗(BCG),但其在预防成人肺结核方面的效力仍有争议,尚需研制更有效的结核疫苗。临床上仅5%~10%PPD试验阳性的结核感染患者可继续发展成结核病,意味着大多数感染者具有长期免疫保护力。细胞免疫在控制结核感染中发挥关键作用,
