武汉市大学生对角膜接触镜认知程度和使用效果的调查 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解武汉市大学生群体对角膜接触镜的认知程度和使用效果。方法在武汉市高校采用随机抽样法进行问卷调查,共762例,分为未使用角膜接触镜组(A组652例)和使用过角膜接触镜组(B组110例)。对A组仅调查其认知程度,对B组调查认知程度和使用效果。结果B组对角膜接触镜基本知识的正确认知率(64例,58.18%)高于A组(82例,12.58%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=126.38,P<0.05)。在所有调查群体中79.09%未发生严重不适感,88.18%每天清洗镜片,80.91%按时更换镜片,44.55%按期更换镜盒。结论大学生对角膜接触镜正确认知程度普遍不高,但已使用者的使用效果较满意。 Objective To investigate the cognition and application of contact lens among college students in Wuhan. Methods Random sampling investigation was adopted. Seven hundred and sixty-two college students investigated by questionnaires were divided into two groups: the ones who had never used contact lens (group A ), and the ones who had ever used contact lens (group B). Group A was inquired with cognition level to contact lens. Group B was inquired with both cognition level and application effects. Results In terms of general knowledge of contact lens, the correct rate of group B (58.18%) was significantly higher than group A( 12.58% )s (χ^2 = 126.38 ,P 〈 0.05). Contact lens users had no serous discomfort in 79.09%, managed to clear the lens everyday in 88. 18%, changed contact lens in time in 80.91%, changed the lens box time in 44.55%. Conclusions The cognition level to contact lens was not high among college students, the application effect was satisfactory. (Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngo1,2008,8:311-312)
