摘要
基于ADAMS/V iew建立了道路、车辆及车-路耦合模型,经过合理抽象,建立与路上制动性能试验相对应的虚拟试验技术。同时通过对车辆结构的参数化,采用变参数分析法分析了结构因素及使用特点对制动效能及制动方向稳定性的影响,得到影响汽车制动性能的成因,从而可通过优化各变量参数提高汽车制动性能。
A full-vehicle dynamic model, a road model and a vehicle-road coupling model were established based on ADAMS/View. Virtual test technology for automobile braking performance test on the road was studied. Results of virtual test and actual test are compared. In addition, influence of structure factors and handling characters on braking security was analyzed based on diverse parameter analysis, and all influencial factors on braking performance was determined. Finally, the braking performance is improved by optimizing these diverse parameters.
