摘要
在现有行星齿轮均载机构分析比较的基础上,提出了一种新型的均载机构——多层厚油膜均载机构,以油膜刚度系数最小为目标函数对参数进行了正交试验和优化设计。设计制造了六行星轮厚油膜均载机构的行星传动。实验证明:该均载机构具有结构简单,均载效果良好,吸收振动和不受行星轮数目限制等优点,此均载机构非常适应于高速传动的场合。
Based on the analysis of the existing mechanisms for planet gears, I propose a new type of even-loaded mechanism - multi-layer thick oil film even-loaded mechanism. Such a mechanism can uniformly distribute the imposed load among the planet gears. I carried out orthogonal test and optimal design for its parameters with the minimum oil film stiffness as the objective function. I also did tests of the thick oil film mechanism of a six planet-gears drive, and the results are in good agreement with the calulation results. Test results show that this mechanism is simple in structure, satisfactory in performance, and suitable for high-speed transmission.
