摘要
我国的研究生教育事业蓬勃发展，随着临床医学专业学位研究生招生规模的逐渐扩大，如何提高培养质量已经成为目前研究生教育的重要课题。本文以神经外科学专业研究生培养为例，着重从科研、临床等方面入手，对如何培养神经外科学硕士学位研究生进行了总结和探讨。
With the rapid development of postgraduate medical education and the number increase of medical graduates, how to improve the quality of the students is getting more and more important. The paper discusses the cultivation of comprehensive abilities for medical postgraduates specialized in neurosurgery. It is expounded from several aspects such as selecting scientific research subject, ability, academic forum, practice ability, and so on.
