摘要
全科医学教育是我国医学教育的重要组成部分。医学院校将成为我国培养全科医生的主渠道，全科医学师资队伍建设是医学院校开展全科医学教育的一项基础工程。本文对当前医学院校全科医学师资队伍建设中存在的主要问题进行了分析，并从提高教师自身素质、优化师资队伍结构、建立科学的师资认证标准和考核制度、加强全科医学师资培训等方面提出了具体的对策。
It is important that the reform on medical education focuses on general practice education in China in the future. General practitioners are mainly trained in medical institutions. And faculty development is a basic program in general practice education. In this paper, current existing problems are analyzed about faculty development of medical institutions in our country, and advice and countermeasures are given aiming at how to improve qualities of faculty, to optimize structure of faculty team, to establish accrediting standards and assessing systems, and to strengthen training teachers.
