摘要
通过对当前医学生儿科学临床见习中人文关怀缺失的现状分析，阐述了构建人文关怀的具体对策，即加强教师人文素养，进行发育行为儿科学教学，注重培养医学生的沟通技巧、法律意识等相关人文社会科学知识。
The lack of the education of the medical students＇ human caring in clinical clerkship of pediatrics was analyzed. The countermeasures for strengthening this education were expatiated. There were countermeasures which included improving the humanistic quality of medical teachers themselves, strengthening the developmental-behavioral pediatrics teaching, culturing the communication skill and legal sense of medical students.
