摘要
以医学教育标准为导向，以培养适应卫生事业发展和卫生服务需求的人才为目标，借鉴国内外高等医学教育的先进经验，对临床医学专业的人才培养目标、课程体系、培养方式等进行优化研究，并在教育教学过程中进行了初步实践，取得了良好的效果。
The development of the medical talents is to be oriented on the medical education criteria and the ultimate goal in fostering medical talents catering to the request from the health care field. Meanwhile it will take into the advanced experience in medical education home and abroad. Also the medical talents fostering goal, the system of curriculum and the fostering model of medical talents will be optimized and reformed. It is preferable to do proof study in the medical education.
