医学教育临床实践教学中的伦理学问题 被引量:2

On the ethics of clinical practice in medical education

摘要 过去那种高年级医学生直接从课堂理论教学进入临床,在病人身上进行体验性学习和技能训练,积累实际经验的临床实践教学模式尽管有效,但存在着法律和伦理学方面的缺陷。随着我国经济社会的发展、患者自我保护和维权意识的增强,临床实践教学的环境发生了改变,传统的临床实践教学模式受到了挑战。因此,医学教育必须顺应社会发展,转变观念,回归人道主义出发点,确立新的符合伦理学要求的、更加严格的临床实践教学道德标准,并用以指导临床实践教学模式改革。基于上述认识,本文提出了自愿、安全、合法、尊重、补偿五项原则,并介绍了南京医科大学的实践探索。 In the past, the clinical teaching method enabled senior medical students to go into clinical practice directly from classroom teaching and to train their skills by taking care patients was effective, but it had legal and ethical problems. As the economy develops in China, people have awakened their sense of self-consciousness and enhanced their awareness of self-protection and rights. Therefore, the environment of clinical teaching has changed, and the traditional model of clinical teaching is being challenged. Medical education must conform to the social development, change its concept, return to the starting point of humanitarianism, establish new moral standards of clinical teaching to accord with the requirements of ethics, and steer the reform of clinical teaching model. In the paper, the author put forward five principles, which are voluntariness, safety, legitimacy, respect, and compensation, and introduced the clinical teaching exploration and practice of Nanjing Medical University.
