新生儿疾病与肾上腺皮质功能改变的关系
The relationship between neonatal disease and adrenocortical function
摘要
高危新生儿尤其是严重感染性休克患儿和（或）早产儿、低体重儿在临床治疗中针对激素应用问题多年来一直存在争议，激素应用的指征、时间、剂量以及激素的近期和远期不良反应尚无明确定论。因此，了解这些高危患儿肾上腺皮质功能状况，明确肾上腺皮质功能与疾病发生发展之间的病理生理联系、正确认识新生儿相对性肾上腺皮质功能减退的临床特征就显得非常重要。通过对高危新生儿肾上腺皮质功能的检测，对指导临床激素的合理应用以及准确判断疾病的预后具有重要意义。
