肺炎支原体对全身各系统的作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 肺炎支原体(MPn)是最常见的非典型肺炎的致病菌之一,可能导致重症肺炎,在支气管哮喘中有十分重要的作用,并可累及全身其他器官系统,尤其是中枢神经系统和皮肤系统。该文报道近年来MPn感染后细胞因子变化的新进展,如阻断白细胞介素(IL)-12路径可减轻肺部炎症、脑脊液中IL-18升高在迟发型脑炎免疫方面的重要作用以及IL-6升高可能是产生IgA肾病的基础,并介绍MPn被证实可侵入并寄生在肺上皮细胞内以及TELICAST试验,从而探讨MPn感染后对全身各系统的影响及其发病机制。
