摘要
目的对维药白刺总生物碱的提取工艺进行研究。方法以硫酸阿托品为对照品,采用酸性染料比色法测定其生物碱的含量为指标,通过考察提取溶剂,溶剂浓度,提取时间,液料比对白刺中总生物碱率的影响,确定了白刺总生物碱最佳提取条件。结果在乙醇浓度为95%,液料比(mL/g)为1∶12,提取时间为2.0 h,提取3次,此时得到白刺生物碱含量为0.58%。结论本工艺的确定,为白刺叶中生物碱的进一步纯化和结构分析提供了依据。
Objective To study extraction process of the total alkaloid from Nitraria sibirica. Methods It was investigated that the optimal conditions were determined such as the concentration of ethanol （C）, extracting time（B） and extracting times（A） and a ratio of material to solvent. Results The total alkaloid content was 0.58% in the optimial conditions that was established as follows ：the concentration of ethanol 95%, ratio of material to solvent of 1： 12 and extraction 3 times for 2h each times. Conclusion It was provided a basis for further purification and structure analysis of the alkaloid from Nitraria sibirica.
