摘要 目的探讨采用不同方法检测红细胞沉降率的性能。方法采用魏氏法和自动血沉仪检测126例患者红细胞沉降率,并对两种方法的性能进行比较。结果两种方法检测红细胞沉降率的相关系数(r)=0.996,但MicroSed自动血沉仪测定结果均值低于魏氏法,而且两种结果的差值随着红细胞沉降率值的升高而增大。结论两种方法测定红细胞沉降率的结果具有良好的相关性,但MicroSed自动血沉仪测定结果偏低,当其测定结果在临界值或高值时,则最好用魏氏法进行复检。 Objective To compare the capability of two detection methods for measuring erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). Methods Westergren method and automatic ESR analyzer were applied to measuring ESR in 126 patients. Then the capability of the above ESR detection methods were compared and analyzed. Results The correlation coefficient of two methods was 0. 996, but the mean value of ESR measured with MicroSed automatic ESR analyzer was lower than that measured with Westergren method. And the difference value was increased with the elevation of ESR level. Conclusion There is satisfactory correlation between Westergren method and automatic ESR analyzer methodfor measuring ESR, whereas the detection result is lower measured with MicroSed automatic ESR analyzer. When the detection result is near cutoff value or high value, Westergren method is the first choice of recheck.
