摘要
文章中在调查基础上对黑龙江省农业面源污染历史与现状进行了探讨,主要对黑龙江省各地区、各市县农药和化肥的使用量与流失量、污染分布、农业自身和非自身污染进行了对比评述。给出了农药和化肥污染、畜禽养殖业污染及15年数据变化等,并在调查的基础上提出了有效控制措施。
Basing on the investigation, the paper discussed the historical and present situation of agricultural non - point pollution in Heilongjiang, mainly devoted discussion to application amount and loss of pesticides and chemical fertilizers in different regions, pollution distribution, pollution produced by agriculture itself and by non -agriculture sources. Variation of correlation data in the past 15 years was offered and effective control measures were proposed.
