摘要
拟制备碳纤维补强增韧的TiC-TiB2陶瓷基复合材料,实验前理论分析了TiC、TiB2和碳纤维三相间的物理匹配性和化学共存性,对工艺的可行性进行了详细阐述。分析结果表明燃烧合成制备Cf/TiC-TiB2复相陶瓷制工艺合理,符合复合材料的设计原则。
In order to prepare carbon fiber enhanced and toughened TiC-TiB2 ceramic matrix composites, properties of physical matching and chemical coexistence among three phases of TiC, TiB2 and carbon fiber were theoretically analyzed and feasibility analysis of the technology was also narrated in detail. Analytical result shows that the technology of combustion synthesis approach used to prepare G/TiC-TiB2 com-posites is reasonable and conforms to the design principle of composites.
