摘要
近两年,"公祭"成为社会重要流行词,并很快风行全国。公祭的直接危害:一是劳民伤财,二是助长奢华之风,三是助长形式主义。因此,必须从严控制公祭,切实加强行政伦理建设。要从加强行政伦理立法、加强公务员的德性培育、重视组织改革、推进政务公开、完善行政伦理监督等方面,积极探讨加强行政伦理建设的有效途径。
In recent years, ＂public meorial ceremony＂ has become a popuplar term,spreading quickly throughout the country. It has already proved to be, for one, a waste of money and manpower, for another, an encourage of pursuit of extravagance, for still another, an encourage of formalism. Therefore, such a trend must be controlled and our building of administrative ethics must be improved by way of improving ethical legislation, strengthening the moral education of public servants, attaching importance to institutional reform, promoting publicization of public affairs, etc.
