摘要 建立了一级振荡二级放大YAG板条激光装置,并进行了自由振荡和使用新型YAG∶Cr4+色心晶体调Q输出的能量放大以及光束质量随放大级泵浦能量变化的实验研究。结果表明,该MOPA系统由于热效应小,可输出高光束质量的激光。 A YAG slab oscillator and two stage amplifier system has been built up .The free running and Q switching experiments,using a novel YAG∶Cr 4+ colour centre crystal,have been performed,and have shown the advantage of the slab MOPA system capable of providing good beam quality due to its low thermal effects.
