摘要
介绍了一种利用弯曲光纤探头作为传感器件来测量液体浓度的系统,并使用单片机进行控制和数据处理,实现了系统的智能化。其结果表明,对于小区域的浓度测量,具有速度快,实时性强等优点,测量精度可达到2.5%,非线性误差小于0.2%。
A liquid concentration measuring system using bent fiber optic probe as a sensor is presented.The system utilizes monolithic computer to implement control and data processing so as to realize intellectualization of the system.The result shows that this technique is characterized by high speed and excellent real-time property.The measuring accuracy of 2.5% can be obtained with non-linearity error of less than 0.2%.
