摘要 定向井压裂具有破裂压力异常、近井摩阻大、裂缝特征复杂等特点,与直井压裂相比普遍存在施工难度大和压裂后增产效果差等问题,其主要原因是近井效应显著、裂缝空间转向,存在弯曲裂缝和多裂缝。压裂优化设计时主要从减少多裂缝和近井摩阻的角度出发,达到增加裂缝长度和宽度、降低施工难度以及提高压裂施工效果的目的。对定向井压裂施工砂比、前置液量、施工规模、变排量施工和压裂材料等施工参数进行优化,通过在川西MJ地区现场试验,推广应用了9口井,压裂前平均单井天然气产量为0.1294×104m3/d,压裂后平均单井天然气产量为5.16×104m3/d,增产效果显著。 Fracturing in the directional wells has the properties of abnormal fracturing pressure,big friction near wellbores and complex fracture feature.Compared with straight wells,the difficulty of operation is hard and stimulation effect is poor after fracturing,which results from obvious near wellbore effect,fracture space diversion,flexural and multiple fractures.Optimizing proppant concentration,lead volume and fracture material,increasing scale,altering delivery rate were proposed to decrease multi-fracture and friction near wellbore,and to increase fracture length and width,make operation easier and enhance fracture effect.It is applied to nine directional wells in MJ Gasfield in western Sichuan.The average gas production of single well was 0.129 4×104m3/d before fractured and 5.16×104m3/d after fractured,the stimulation is remarkable.
