摘要 为了系统深入地认识地层微粒运移出砂形成大孔道的规律及其对油田生产的影响,采用玻璃板填砂模型开展了平面驱替模拟实验,研究疏松砂岩油藏地层微粒运移与出砂的规律、影响因素及其后果。结果显示,大孔道的形成是一个在主流线上分枝发展的"灾变"过程,主要受胶结程度、非均质性、油水粘度比、流体冲刷、摩擦拖拽和携带运移作用等因素的影响。大孔道一旦形成,注入水沿大孔道快速突窜到生产井,使油田的开发更加困难,而且大大降低油藏的采收率,其后果是灾难性的。应当在系统研究的基础上采取适当的措施对大孔道加以控制。 Simulation experiment of plane displacement by sandpack model with glass panes was made to investigate the laws,influencing factors and evil consequence of the fine particle migration and sand production problem in loose sandstone reservoirs.The results show that the formation of high capacity channel is a catastrophic process developed by branch of main stream line,which is controlled by the degree of cementation,heterogeneity,high viscosity ratio of oil to water and the fluid's washing,fraction drawing and carrying.Once the high capacity channel forms,the injected water will break through into the production wells quickly,and very low oil recovery efficiency will be gained.The development of oilfield becomes more difficult.Appropriate measures must be taken to control the high capacity channel based on the systematic research.
