摘要
为了深入认识活性高分子的洗油作用,利用计算机模拟技术探讨了活性高分子与原油的相互作用机理。结果表明,活性高分子具有自组装功能,空间网状结构是逐渐形成的,将"油滴"包裹住,然后分散在水相中。活性高分子在岩石表面的吸附能远大于孤岛油田重质原油在岩石表面的吸附能,活性高分子将原油从岩石表面置换下来,使其变为可动油。室内研究也证实活性高分子与原油间存在着相互作用,形成的混相体系稳定性良好。
Interaction mechanism of activated high molecular polymer and crude oil was discussed by means of computer simulation in order to recognize the oil displacement of the activated high molecular polymer thoroughly.The activated high molecular polymer is the self-packaged functional polymer,and the space mesh structure is evolving,'drip'parcels live,and then dispersed in the a-queous phase.The absorbability on the rock surface of the polymer is much larger than that of heavy oil in Gudao Oilfield.The activated polymer replaces the crude oil from the rock surface into moving.Laboratory test also proved that the activated polymer interacts with the crude oil,and the mixture has good system stability.
