摘要
通过实验对加替沙星氯化钠注射液(批号:030318)在强光照、温度(40℃、60℃、80℃)的影响下,考察其外观色泽、溶液颜色(吸收度)、pH值、有关物质及含量随时间的变化情况,初步确定该供试品具有较好的稳定性。符合国家对大量注射液质量标准的要求。
This paper studies the changes with time by investigating the color（concentration absorption）,value of pH,substances concerned, concentration of Gatifloxacin Sodium Chloride which we make experiments to the injection at the effect of strong illumination and every temperature（40℃ ,60℃ ,80℃）.Initially determining the samples provided have better stability, achieving the requirement of the quality standard of big volume injections according to the country.
