摘要
阳光体育运动的正式启动,是我国学校体育的一件大事,必将引起体育事业的重大改革,对高校体育教学提出了更新更高的要求。为适应阳光体育运动的要求,需加强体育与健康基础理论知识教学,改革体育教学模式,加强课外体育活动的指导,高年级开设选修课,切实改进教学方法,建立科学的体育成绩考核评价体系,在教学改革中应引入与之相适应的教学思想,探讨与之相适应的课程体系、教学内容和教学方法。
The beginning of Sunshinny sport is a great matter to physical education in our country, it will cause a significant reform in sports area certainly, it put forward a newer and higher request on physical education teaching in university. In order to adapt the requirment of Sunshiny Sport, we need to strengthen the basic theoretical knowledge teaching on sports and healthy aspect and we should reform the sports teaching pattern and guide extracurricular activities, meanwhile universities can offer some elective courses in senior grades, and improve the teaching method in a feasible way, then build a scientific appraising system, during the reform, we can lead into some suitable teaching thought and discuss curricular system, teaching content and method which adapt to it.
