摘要 实践运动中恢复作为训练课的从属部分,成为进一步冲击新的体能极限的瓶颈。能否另辟蹊径?将恢复作为训练课的主导内容!方法:大鼠147只,游泳训练2周。按36h超量恢复区间连续在训练后即刻、休息36h取样。结果:①血乳酸、血糖、血尿酸纵向比较;恢复幅度在前5区间呈增加趋势;②肝醣元:训练即刻组前6区间逐步上升,6×36h达峰值。恢复组前5区间维持在较高水平;③肌糖元:训练即刻组前4区间逐步上升,4×36h达峰值。恢复组前5区间维持在较高水平。结论:在小周期训练中,机体的恢复能力具有可训练性。 Objective: Whether recovery can be trained as a kind of capability? Methods: 147 adult rats were randomly divided into 21 groups (n=7), the rats were arranged the great physiological load of intermittent swimming for 2 weeks. After the training, the rats were separately killed immediately and after a 36hs' interval. Results: ①after vertical comparison of BHL, GIu and UA, the extent recovery increased gradually in i-5 interval. ②liver glycogen:the instant group gradually increased in i-6 interval, when to 6×36h, it reached peak number. In contrast, the super compensation group' s glycogen storage in 1-5 interval maintained at higher level and was on the rise. When to 5 × 3611, it reached peak number.. The extent recovery reached the limit at 5 × 36h. ③muscle glycogen: the instant group gradually increased in 1-4 interval, when to 4× 36h, it reached peak number, super compensation group maintained at higher level and on the rise at first five intervals, 5×36h was a turning point,. Extent recovery reached the limit at 4×36h. Conclusions in this experiment the body has a trainable recovery capability.
