摘要
在我国高等教育体系中,研究生教育属于高层次专门性人才的培养,对国家社会经济的发展起着重要的推动作用,尤其在我国教育创新过程中有着不可替代的作用。体育类研究生培养无疑对体育事业发展产生重要作用,然而目前四川省体育类研究生培养在层次、结构、形式及培养质量等方面还存在不适应的问题,研究生教育必须同国家经济社会发展和进步对人才的要求相结合,与社会经济结构、职业结构、人才需求结构相适应。社会经济结构、职业结构的复杂多样要求研究生教育培养在层次、类别和方式上也有所不同,应根据发展需要改革我省体育类研究生教育。
In our higher education system, graduate student education belongs to training of high-level professional personnel. It plays an important role on promotion of socio-economic development, especially in the course of education innovating. Undoubtedly the cultivation on graduate student has great effect on development of sports. However, there are still some problems in Sichuan Province sports postgraduate training in different aspect such as level, structure, format and quality of training. Graduate education must accord with the national economic and social development and personnel demand of social progress on the requirements of the combination of talent, and socio-economic structures, occupational structure. The complexity and variety of Socio-economic structures, occupational structure requires a different way to postgraduate education and training in the level, type, ad the need to reform should be based on the development of sports in our province of graduate education.
