摘要
学习型组织理论为解决辽宁省队教练员的发展问题带来了新视角。辽宁省队教练员的发展要积极地使用结构化的学习方法和活动作为对正式培训方法的补充,真正借助组织内部推动因素的相互作用所形成的系统动力链来促进运动项目的学习和发展。对组织学习内部推动因素的研究主要集中在对学习型组织的探讨上。
The learning organization theory provide new visual angle with solving the question of Liaoning province coaches development. Liaoning province coaches development should actively use structurized learning method and activity and make formal training method as supplement, to promote learning and development of athletics events depend on system dynamical chain that interaction of organization internal promoting factors formed. Studying of organization learning internal promoting factors should mainly concentrate on investigation of learning organization.
